In my personal experience, I have had the opportunity to play both Sand Valley and Mammoth Dunes at the Sand Valley Resort. Both courses offer unique and enjoyable experiences, but they cater to different types of golfers.

Mammoth Dunes is the newest 18 hole course at Sand Valley and while both are top notch, my opinion is Mammoth Dunes is the more unique, more dramatic and more enjoyable course at the resort. Despite the dramatic views and terrain, the Mammoth Dunes course is extremely playable for all abilities.
